SHIPPING
At Lis Jewelry, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process:
PROCESSING TIME
IN STOCK: We have these items in house and they are ready to be processed and shipped to you in 2 business days. Please note that we process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (CT), on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day. If you have a specific deadline or require expedited shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email us at info@lis-jewelry.com for assistance.
SHIPPING COST AND TIMES
STANDART SHIPPING: 4- 6 business days. Orders with a total of $99 or more qualify for FREE shipping. For orders under $99, a $10 shipping fee applies (4 - 6 days). We treat shipments between US and Canada as domestic shipments.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-3 business days. For domestic shipments, we offer express shipping for $20.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipments incur a $25 fee per order. Delivery typically takes 6-15 business days, though delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing. Please note that some of the countries outside the U.S. may charge taxes, custom duties or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by FedEx, UPS or DHL before the package can be delivered. When shipping internationally, Lis Jewelry will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package to Lis Jewelry will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Please note that shipping times do not include processing times. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from when you place your order
